Refund policy

We want you to love your squish. If something is not right, we are here to help.

**Returns.** Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned
within **30 days** of delivery. To start a return, email us at shoproyalworld@gmail.com with your
order number and we will send return instructions.

**Refunds.** Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your
original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We will email you when it is on
its way. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or
incorrect.

**Exchanges.** Want a different squish? Return the original for a refund and place a new
order, or email us and we will help arrange an exchange.

**Return shipping.** Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged,
defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

**Damaged or wrong items.** If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email
shoproyalworld@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no
cost to you.

**Non-returnable items.** For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of used items,
items without original packaging, or items marked final sale.
