Shipping policy

**Processing.** Orders are processed within **1 to 2 business days** (Monday to Friday,
excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

**Delivery.** Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout
based on your address. We currently ship within the United States.

**Tracking.** A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48
hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

**Delays.** Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can affect delivery times. We
appreciate your patience if your order takes a little longer than estimated.

**Lost or stolen packages.** If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your
order, contact your carrier first, then email shoproyalworld@gmail.com and we will help.

**Address accuracy.** Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not
responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we will always try to
help.
